From registration to the event, there will be regular e-mail updates explaining what you need to do next.
2. Set up a profile & opportunities in the Marketplace
Create a strong profile and attractive opportunities in the Marketplace which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet.
A good profile and opportunities will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event.
3. Request meetings | 1st June 2020 - 30 September 2020
Be active not reactive. Browse published participants profiles and the marketplace and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted.
Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.
4. Build connections | 2nd October 2020
As participants will book you for meetings, you will receive an e-mail notification. You have to accept the meeting request on your side for the meeting to be scheduled.
About 1-2 days before the event you will receive an e-mail with your detailed meeting schedule.
